For local service providers

Get in front of Jacksonville homeowners who are ready now

Jax Index sends real, relevant opportunities to a limited number of providers per territory — not an unlimited bidding war. You set the caps. We keep the Jax Score honest.

How it works for you

How leads work

Homeowners submit a request on Jax Index. We match it to providers by service, ZIP code, availability and lead cap — then send it to you with full context, not just a phone number.

  • Real leads only — matched by service, ZIP code and the capacity you actually have.
  • You set the caps — no more leads than you can handle, no surprise overflow.
  • Clear pricing — plans are published or available on request, never hidden.
  • Exclusivity that means it — if a lead is marked exclusive to you, it's exclusive.
  • Dispute what's wrong — decline or dispute a bad-fit lead with a clear reason code.

Questions

Provider FAQ

How much do leads cost?
Pricing depends on service category, territory and lead volume. Plans are published where possible; where they aren't yet, we quote pricing directly during your application review. There's no cost to apply.
Can I set a cap on how many leads I receive?
Yes. You set a daily or monthly lead cap during onboarding, and Jax Index never routes you more than that cap allows.
What happens if I get a lead that's not a good fit?
You can decline or dispute a lead with a reason code. Legitimate disputes are reviewed against clear, published criteria — not left to guesswork.
What does "exclusive" actually mean?
If a lead is marked exclusive to you, Jax Index does not sell or route that same request to another provider in your category and territory.
